Completed the program 2 days ago. I am just maintaining my 30 minute runs now with Ben Johnson’s help. I have not managed 5 k yet so will keep repeating 30 minute runs till I do then use the bridge to 5 k. I have found that having a blue tooth heart rate monitor telling me my heart rate is very reassuring so I can slow down if my heart exceeds 130 bpm.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Just started on the 25 min runs tonight - really didn’t think I’d be up to it as had sore knees this week . So pleased that I managed it and could have carried on a little . Very motivated now to continue into week 7 . Seeing your post is more encouraging ! Thanks
Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased well done 😊😊👏👏

Congratulations 🥳 🎓
Congratulations, it's a great feeling isn't it? So good in fact, I did it twice, three times if you count the transition from the treadmill to running outside!
Don't forget to post in the November Graduates thread, that will get you the Graduate at the side of your name.
While you are doing your consolidation runs you can have a think on where you want your running journey to take you, longer, faster or just stay as you are, it's entirely your choice.
Thank you LeeU. I do enjoy the scenery when I am running and the feeling of achievement. At present I am content to get a little fitter every run. It as certainly an incentive to lose a few Kg when you have to carry them for 5k. I will probably stop running in December because of the Ice and snow here but I intend to ‘skin’ up the mountains beyond the ski lifts. Something I would not have considered before C25k. What are your plans
Congratulations on your graduation! 👏👏👏 Well done! 😊
Well done!
Did you really get the disgraced Canadian drug cheat sprinter to coach you, or was it our beloved Michael?
