Sunday I went out and tried a bit of slow jogging thanks to advice on here, whilst my friend did week five. Think I managed to follow how your supposed to do it and my heart rate seems pretty steady. Today I only went and did W9R1 really chuffed to have done it although a desire for a💩 almost stopped me for today. Bring your n run two 🏃♀️🏃♀️
