Great for getting started. Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day and not just on run days about 2-3 litres.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Do it! Eight weeks ago (10 probably, I always leave two rest days) I could barely run to the end of my street. This morning I ran without stopping for 30 minutes and damn it feels good!

Good luck

Well done for getting started on the C25K programme - that first run is the hardest part of the whole thing. Keep posting on here and let us know how you are getting on. ☺

Well done! I just completed run 2 of week 1 but am really enjoying it. I'm sticking to the plan and am sure it'll get me there. There are some cracking people on here to support you. Keep going and feel proud you're doing something for yourself. Keep us posted.
