Nearly there

Beautiful sunny day today, went for a run to de-stress and clear my head, managed 4.5k today furthest I have ever run, couldn’t complete the 5k was bursting for the loo ( too much information I know ) so pleased was worried wouldn’t keep going after graduation 🏃‍♀️

Nice running there, consolidation runs can be difficult, have you tried using the week 9 podcast or the app to help you with timings, etc?
