Well done. I find if I run for 30 minutes regularly i can really compare runs and see where I am improving.
Thanks! Actually lockdown has been good in that respect - I'm in Cornwall looking after mum and there are lots of hills! Long, slow ones! So building some proper legs! Another month and I might even get to 60mins! Still as slow as a tortoise though!
