I think I'm starting to run a little bit rather than just jog. I'm not focusing too much on speed but I think it is starting to come naturally.
I could feel that I needed the cool down walk home today, because it felt like I had worked a little harder than I normally do. On one hand, I felt like I could have easily continued running when I stopped. On the other hand, when I did stop, I put my hands on my knees and hunched over as I caught my breath.
Maybe I'm finally conquering the mental battle!
