Well I’m so pleased that I managed to do this today! I was nervous about running for the 3 minutes but I did it. Not gonna lie, it was tough towards the end and my legs feel kinda heavy tonight but hoping the next 2 will be easier.... 🤞🏼

Great you've now completed wk3r1. You'll get stronger and stronger with each run.
Make sure you're keeping well hydrated that will help with heavy legs. You should be aiming for 2-3 litres per day and not just on run days. Well done you 😊😊

Make sure you are drinking enough and snail 🐌 running. If you are struggling it’s usually one of two reasons.. not enough fluid on run and rest days or running too fast especially at the beginning. Start very slowly. You can always go a bit faster towards the end if you still have energy. Slow running builds up stamina and muscle! Well done 👍 You are doing great!! 😁
