the cold NW wind is not much fun to run into but it sure kept the towpath relatively free today! Such a delight.The water birds all looked happy about it too.
Higher heart rate on the run on the way back because of the wind, but I was also able to push myself a bit more and felt I could have kept going. The walk home was also brisker than usual, just to keep myself warm.

Running in the wind can really feel like resistance training. But you did it and yes the brisk warm down walk gets even quicker when it cold. Well done you 😊
