I honestly didnβt think this would be possible, whoever designed this plan needs a knighthood!
Iβve never ran, always said that Iβm not a runner, at school Iβd hide and join the group on the second leg round!
But in September (which is yesterday isnβt it!??) once both kids were in school I thought Iβd give it a go, little bit apprehensive that people would see my beetroot face out and about and that Iβd spend most of my time walking.
But I stuck at it, those first few weeks were hard, my lungs felt like theyβd burst and my legs like jelly. Took the advice on here and slowed down, just kept moving.
Week 5 run 3 was amazing. Never in a million years did I think I could run a whole 20minutes!! But I did.
Week 7 I struggled on a 25minute run. But brushed it to the side and kept on.
And here I am! π₯³π₯³π₯³π₯³
So 30minutes I covered 4.7km, carried on and did 5K in 32minutes.
When Iβm out I look at every single person out there and think they are amazing by doing it.
So keep on doing it everyone.

Wonderful well done! That is really great to hear. I just did Week 7 Run 1 this morning and definitely starting to feel like the previous weeks' runs are starting to pay off as I feel fitter and healthier. Thank you for the inspiration x
