Here we go again

After a long break I’ve decided to do the couch to 5k again. Run 🏃‍♀️ 2 this morning and feel energised. Forgotten how good it feels to be out early doors in the fresh air!

Brilliant you've decided to start again.

It is a great feeling being outside depending where you are in the country. We have blue sky , frosty -2. Good luck 😊

Oh, you are also doing C25K again! Me too. I'm in week 2 now. I had to do a break because of pain in the hollow of my left knee. I couldn't run without pain, so in August I decided to do a long break - just some weeks before I wanted to do my first quarter marathon (11 km)! I had this pain already some time before, but paused only for about 2-3 weeks and started again with running 30 minutes. That was a real mistake, the pain came back almost in the third run. So this second time I paused about 10 weeks and it feels much better.

Restarting is a little bit frustrating because I always see this number "9,55 km" in my mind which I managed before this pain appeared and now only 90 seconds seem to be a long time for running. So sad how quick the stamina flows away.

But I'm so happy to be back out there running! Wishing you also fun out there with your restart of C25K! :)
