This morning was session number 2.... After Monday's run I was feeling pretty upbeat and expecting a similar outcome. I guess I was a bit tired this morning as it seemed a little harder work!

The doggy still loved it, she is definitely gonna do this thing, hopefully she drags me along with her.

Breathing was ok but my legs felt it this morning, they felt heavy and it was an effort to lift my feet up. Think I need some music....

I am running this from the app on my phone, can I play music on my phone and still hear my training cues from the app?

Yes, absolutely! Music really helps, start your music app first, then start c25k last and it will automatically quite the music for the cues 👍🏻

Drink lots of water on run and rest days to combat that heavy feeling & run slowly🐌 to build up strength. 👍👏well done on getting out there. Keep up the diary! 🤩

Yes you can. I tried various things and ended up with podcasts for distraction. I quite like no noise as I run around a lake which is very pretty, but need it at the mo to get me through! Just remember to go slowly, and slower still if need be 😁

If that was your second run then your legs may be tired from the first run, it does get easier as your legs get stronger

Have you read the guide? are you drinking plenty of water? if not your legs will feel heavy, this plan is a huge learning curve about how our bodies work and gain fitness

Enjoy your 🏃‍♀️ journey

Well done.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration..........read the recommendation in the guide to the plan.

Stretching immediately after every run, while muscles are still warm and supple, can pull out contractions, avoid carrying them into the next run and also improve recovery.

Thanks and yes, I read the guide and I naturally drink like a fish 😝 I'm pretty sure it's just my legs not being used to the work load. I will push through and onward
