Wk 6 done accompanied with a new deadlift PB! Mental battle has kicked in

I cannot believe how far I've come! Run 3 for 25 mins was the hardest I've felt throughout the programme because I'd smashed my lift pb the day before and my back was sore, which impacted my run

However, I pushed through my run, even managed a last minute sprint, the mental battle was harder in the run than it was for me when i did my deadlift. This week has brought the mental challenge for me

I think my lifting has helped the mental game this week for me and the running game has helped my recovery game in lifting,

Cannot believe it. Wk 7 is here. I mean....what the hell..

Great effort in the running and the deadlift. You've achieved 25mins and each of your remaining weeks add just a few minutes more so you'll smash it no problem. Go go go
