Well that’s w6 r3 completed. Ran with someone else for the first time (a proper runner who does triathalons and things 🙈🤣🤣) but they were really kind and stayed with me. Was actually quite nice and meant I had to have conversation!! 6 weeks ago I couldn’t run......according to ‘ Laura’ I’m a ‘runner’ now....I’ll take that 😂😂🤣😂
