I had a little run out with the wife yesterday, it was only drizzling but I enjoyed it thoroughly, I preferred the warm shower when I got home.

I think if we are silly enough to run in torrential rain then it shows the pure commitment to achieve our goal.

Today was my W8R3 and mixed it with the parkrun. Was a bit naughty and ran the 5min cool down and a little bit extra. My feet were soaked within 2min of running because of the rain and water was dripping down my face constantly. But all this was worth it by just having that accomplishment feeling afterwards
