Expected the rain to be a little harder than it was, it was only a light drizzle but no where near as cold. Mrs LeeU was looking forward to re-running week 7 run 2 after having to stop over half way through the 25 minutes on Wednesday.
I made sure we started at a pace that was more suitable for Mrs LeeU than for myself and ensured we just plodded along.
Even though she got a bit of stitch Mrs LeeU plodding on and got to the bridge before turning around, actually she went just past the bridge and up the hill to the top of the lock on the other side before we turned around, it's a good 30-40 degree slope, so I ran it twice, once on my own as I was a little in front and then with Mrs LeeU when she got there.
The 25 minute marker was called and she slowed to a walk, I made sure she was ok and, at her insistence, I trotted off along the path back towards the car.
Overall, another tick in the box for Mrs LeeU and another run for me, I'm expecting Mrs LeeU to be doing her graduation run on, or around the 16th, so it'll be gait analysis and new running shoes prior to this.
Happy running everyone.
