Two rest days before I start week 3 just to chill out π
I always have 2 rest days between weeks, and need them - the aches seem to build as the week goes on!
When I first started my legs hurt like hell π but I bought running leggings and my legs are much better and I stretch my after the run that helps run today legs are great π
Yep, I always do pre and post stretches and they help massively. Running leggings are a good tip, and Iβm off to Decathlon on Sunday as I promised myself a new pair of shoes if I completed W4, which should be tomorrow π€πΌLooks like I might get leggings too π
And why not give yourself a treat I just gone and bought new leggings and trainers and rain jacket I live in wales π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ and rain a lot
