I’m rubbish at advice do when people ask i always try to look at the positives so I’m taking my own advice!
I went out, I didn’t stop, I completed it (slower than usual but I completed it!) Moved quicker than I would have if I stayed in. Now completed W8 and looking forward to Saturday and starting W9.

Give yourself a break, it is simply not possible for it to be rubbish if you did it!
IMO it doesn’t matter about speed at this stage - If it did I think most of us would be rubbish as we went through the plan. From what I’ve read on here most people do not manage 5k by the end of the plan, but work on distance and speed afterwards.
You’re doing brilliantly and you should be proud of yourself 👍👏🏻😁
