So after a weeks rest and telling myself to go slow. I put on the pop warmup 130bpm on Spotify. Started to feel a bit of groin ache again put kept slow and kept going as I was in the last 6 minutes it was actually feeling better. I'm putting it down to finding muscles and ligaments that haven't been used probably since I was 10 almost 40 years ago!

Great effort look for gentle stretching for your groin, but dont over stretch. Hope you are enjoying moving through the longer runs with no breaks.

Yes it really is a revelation as I don't like to and can't run πŸ˜‚ I might have to re-evaluate my thinking!
