Week one complete! Yey. I'm loving the limited running time with good recovery time. The coach and music make it all so possible.

Having had a few running injuries in past years I'm hoping that the slow start with regular rest days will keep the pains at bay.

I'm now checking out the pre and post run stretching exercises to give myself a better chance of succeeding.

Great effort. I always failed at running in the past by going too fast too soon. This plan really works, have patience, do as it says, don't add twiddly bits and hopefully like me you'll be through it and on the 10k journey injury free. Stretch regularly happy running
