Boyf and I did second run of week one. In light rain! At the end on Monday couldn't speak and had to lie on couch. Today was able to hold a conversation on warm-down walk and am feeling amazing! 😀😀

Should have said - it was me collapsed on sofa on W1D1. Today I found boyf having a sly "rest" in the spare room afte W1D3. We are motivating each other 😀
