So we are both at the same stage. Hopefully we can motivate each other!

It’s such an incredible journey - I’m nearly at my 6 months from starting c25k, so I’m planning a long (and very slow!) celebratory run. I run following the Japanese slow jogging technique

m.youtube.com/watch?v=9L2b2... Which I absolutely love! Someone posted it when I was in W6 anc I’ve been running this way ever since. It does take me about 50 odd minutes to run 5k but at this speed I enjoy the actual running in the moment - not just ‘that’s great and over!!’

So stick at this - it is truly transformational - I was so unfit when I started and am enjoying this so much! Keep posting, I love reading how people are progressing and give encouragement where I can. x
