Brr that colder than Inverness. We have snow capped mountains- just the tops and I guess it will go in the sunshine but certainly signals onset of winter. Gosh, autumn was short this year. Thank goodness for sunny runs. Happy running

Yes it was quite a frosty run this morning as well in the North East of Scotland but on the plus side the sun was - and still is - shining and with the clocks going back it was clear earlier.

Good morning Buddy34, it is a beautiful sunny day here as you know, I got the train and went a 10K walk way out in the countryside near Milngavie, lovely, my next run I intend to do is a 5K on Wednesday morning.

-2° - brrrrrr! Not quite that chilly down here in Kent but a perfect crisp and sunny autumn day. I do hope it stays dry for a while, it's been wet and windy for so long! Sounds like you enjoyed your run! ☺

Yes it certainly did but you know once I was running I forgot how cold it was as the sun was shining also 😊
