No ill effects from w3R1. Feel surprisingly ok in leg department, and lost 3lbs this week and blood pressure has been nearer normal for 10 days. Things are looking up. Going away Wednesday, so found hotel with a gym. Going to try runs on treadmill. Never done that before. 🤔
Ok so far.: No ill effects from w3R1. Feel... - Couch to 5K
Ok so far.
Great news on the blood pressure. One of the main reasons for me doing this, is in the hope of getting it close to normal.
Let us know how you get on with the treadmill.
I imagine it to be tricky, switching between running and walking all the time.
Well done! I’ve never used a treadmill so will be interesting to hear how you get on. Cx
Well done on both the running and the weight loss!
Well done for reaching Week 3, the weight loss, and controlling your blood pressure. Each one alone would be an achievement, but combined together they're even better! I've managed to lose a little bit of weight too, without altering my diet so it's obviously down to the exercise. Initially I was unhappy that it's only a few pounds, but now I'm thinking that if I can lose it slowly, I can retain the weight loss too. I have slightly high blood pressure too, but over the weeks of doing this, I can see that is also dropping slightly, so I am chuffed to bits about that too!
Nice, congrats on the weight loss. Well done for taking control and deciding where you want your health to be.
