Week 5 Run 3

Oh. My. Goodness!!

That was definitely a mental battle rather than a fitness one but I am so glad I completed it! Numerous times I wanted to give in but made sure I didn’t and pushed on through! I did have to drop down even slower which I didn’t think was possible lol.

Bring on week 6!!! 💪🏼

Well done! That's a tough one. Good that you just slowed a bit rather than giving up! Enjoy your rest then on to week 6 😁

Well done you, you can do this. Go slow and go slower still you can achieve this and you will feel great for doing it. Good luck for week 6.

There is always slower and you found it to get you to the end of your run. Well done you 😊

👍👏Well done! Try starting off slower & then if you have anything left in the tank go faster at the end rather. Slow is good for building up stamina to get you through the longer runs coming up!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.
