Week 9 run 1

Well week 9 has arrived and what a lovely morning for the first run after all the rain. WOW 30 minutes of running everything went well and I’m looking forward to run 2 on Tuesday. What a fantastic programme , many thanks to this forum for all the inspiration and lovely stories along the weeks it really helps.
