This program is seriously working. I ran both 8's and literally patted myself on the back after each 8.

Its going to be hard lugging the gatorade to throw on myself after Fridays run!! Woohoo I did it!!

Congratulations on completing runs 1 and 2 of week 5, well done, I bet you are looking forward to run 3 of week 5. 🏃🏾 👍

And you are right for giving yourself a pat on the back, each run you do is making you a stronger and fitter runner, even if you don't feel like it does.

Trust the program and believe in yourself, control your breathing and relax as you run, you'll be fine.

Pat on the back, massive grin on your face - you did it! Well done, this programme really does work. You’re going to be jumping for joy after the next one - good luck and enjoy it!

Congratulations you're doing great. You deserve that pat on the back. Onwards 🙆‍♀️

Excellent going! Just what I need to hear as I’m preparing myself for this run later today.

Brilliant we’re about at the same place I’ve just finished week five

I did w5r3 yesterday and gave myself another pat on the back.

My calf is still tight but luckily I have a few days off to get it ready for week 6.
