Hi I've started my running but have come down with a bad chest infection so put it on hold for the time being I'm so gutted as I was progressing nicely will keep you posted

Please make sure to take some extra time once you think you’re better (if that makes sense).

Sorry about your bad chest infection, but you must wait until it clears up before you return to running, just hope that you recover quickly.

Sympathies, I'm in the same boat. Took 9 months to graduate instead of 9 weeks, did a month of consolidating then hit by a chest infection. Haven't run for the last 3 weeks but hoping to start again next week. Hope you get better soon too 😊
