I started couch to 5k a few weeks ago and circumstances stopped me!

I have started again today, so just looking for support companionship and fellow people.

I have been a fit bunny most of my life but all this stopped 5 years ago so now I’m back to square 1 !

Great you're back and running again. As you know just go slow and slower again if needed. Make sure you're drinking plenty water about 2-3 litres per day and not just on run days.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

I started about 10 days ago but my back spasmed after running week 1 run 4 (was intending repeating the early weeks at least once). However, think some of this was due to shoes so now feel much better, have bought shoes after gait analysis & a sports bra - my goodness getting out of that thing is a whole workout in itself 🤣. Just trying to get my head around having to run round the village and be SEEN rather than on the bridal paths as these are totally waterlogged. Hmm. Nice to know there is so much support here x
