So after my dilly-dallying repeating week 4 I finally did run1 of week 5 last night! Aching legs this morning but chuffed I finally got there! 🏃♀️

Congrats on getting to week 5, you're nearly half way through the program, you are doing great!
Just take it slow and steady, trust the program and believe in yourself. The program is preparing your body for you to be a runner but at some point you need to believe in yourself and accept that you can run and are well on your way to becoming a runner.
