Joining the roll call of Sunday runners, Week 9 Run 1 passed without incident for me this morning. I was sorry when it was coming to an end as I'd been saving myself as I was expecting it was going to be tougher than it was, and I reckon I could have gone significantly faster. Hope to pace myself better on Runs 2 and 3 and go a little faster.

Not tired at all. Kudos to the structure of the programme!

I'm sure you have. I still run 3 times a week . 4 days when I go to parkrun😊
