Walking in a run

I’ve just completed week 7 but on my last run I walked very fast for 45 secs. Should I repeat the the run or is that acceptable ?

I would recommend that you rerun it perhaps a little slower than you did today, that way you should be able to run the full 25 minutes.

Every run makes you stronger.

Only you can decide whether you fully completed the workout as required.

Remember, this is a progressive training plan, building your ability, not a tick box exercise.

You are doing great, re run slower you aim to have that fuzzy feeling of achievement and enjoyment.

I walked a couple of times in wk7 and 8 and I wasn't happy until I fully completed each run fully . Just for my own achievement. If you're anything like me you'll want to do it again. Good luck 😊😊
