Squeezed in a run

Working from home today so I thought I would squeeze in a run at lunch before the beast from the east froze everything for good. Spotted a break in the clouds and out I went. Of course, about halfway round, I was able to practice my "running in blizzard skills", and my ears have only just warmed up as a result. Still, got to visit the tiny equine mascot again who I think was happy to see me

Well done for getting out. I had to do a 6k on the treadmill at work yesterday. Not fun!

Yikes! 5k is kind of my limit on the treadmill, else I get so overheated I feel as if I'm about to combust!
