So after panicking and thinking how on earth am I going to achieve this I am pleased to say I earned another gold star ⭐️

I created my playlist and knew exactly how many songs I had to jog through, after 10 mins I wanted a break but I actually closed my eyes and focussed until the end (I still hold onto the bar for fear of falling!!). So my first 20 mins jog DONE!

I never thought I would get this far and have never been so determined in terms of health before! 😁

We've all panicked the trick is to look back at your progress and give yourself credit for where you are at then stamp down the panic demons. The plan works trust it and yourself. Happy running

Congratulations to you LauraD74 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
