I found Wk 3 quite a step up with the 3 min runs but I’m now considering doing this week again as I don’t think I’m ready for 5 min runs in Wk 4 just yet! Thoughts from anyone who is further in. Thanks!

Great you've now completed wk3. You are so ready for wk4 but if you want to you can repeat any run any week just do what's right for you. Well done you 😊

There is nothing wrong with repeating runs..........every one makes you stronger........but look at your reasons.

I would just like to say we'll done and before u decide give it a go, do the first run for week 4 and trust the process you might just surprise yourself
