Another lovely morning for a run in my local park. Loved the last five minutes where everything seemed to click into place the first two were a bit tougher but focused on a bit of Jackie Wilson to get me round. Looking forward to run 2

Our paths are strewn with leaves at the moment so we go even slower so we don’t slip over lol 😂

Fair play outs isn’t too bad at the moment but it gets really icy patches when it’s cold so they’ll have to be avoided
