Another wet and muddy one in the local woods, Week 3 this time and all felt good. One of my daughters wants to go to Parkrun on Saturday so I think that's the plan and we'll walk / run our way round. She's only 9 and very keen but she'll have to stick to my pace, unlike her older brother who whizzes off and leaves me way behind him!
Today's run was for you, Buddy34

Nice run for you today Debston and dedicating it to Buddy34, I also went on a short 3K run this morning, I forgot to mention to Buddy34 that I also ran that for herp.
Thatβs great Debston & lovely that your children want to be involved. My youngest daughter comes & companionably runs loops around me when she is home from uni, which I really appreciate, ( she is 20 & a gazelle & I am a snail).
Well done Debston , I hate mud with a passion! I avoid it at all costs! Part of the parkrun gets like a mud bath when it rains..and last week it rained and rained so I wimped out of parkrun, massive pat on the back for you tackling that mud!
