A strange think happend!

So I'm now in week 8 and completed run 1 on Tuesday. In the last 10 mins of the run my hips started to open up and i felt like i was gliding through the run, and my run pace increased. I tried to slow down mentally but it felt so good I couldn't stop myself. I completed the run feeling euphoric and wanting more. Are C25K aware of what they are doing to people giving away natural highs hahaha

Those good endorphins must have kicked in and brought you into the happy zone.

Hahaha...yep, strange things do happen...that sounds wonderful, it sounds like you were running along like a gazelle! I often find myself running along with a big smile on my face...makes people wonder what I’m up to...you will never be able to explain this to a non runner, but we get where you’re coming from with these natural highs! Well done
