Just completed week 5. Actually really looking forward to week 6. Think I definately have the big. Considering I was completely couch, I'm exceptionally proud of what I have achieved. C25K is changing my life.
Keep up the good work everyone! We've got this!!!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π ππΎ
This morning I ran my 3rd 5K of the week, not at a parkrun, I met two runners who told me that they were on week 1 of C25K, I wished them luck, I also wish you luck with the remaining runs that you still have to do. π
And so you should be proud, well done. Week 5 is a landmark when it all starts to feel achievable. As AlMorr says above, watch out for the intervals next week, theyβll probably feel tough but youβve done all that hard work over the past 5 weeks and youβll be fine. Enjoy!
Well done π thatβs fantastic πππ we are at the same place as I finished wk 5 this morning. Good luck for wk 6 we def have GOT THIS πππ½ββοΈπππ½ββοΈπππ½ββοΈπππ
Thanks everyone. I'm still doing the interval training at park run each week so hopefully won't fin it to hard. Thank you. I will be extra mindful on my next run.
