Week 8 run 1

I’ve been in Bournemouth for a Doctorate residential. I was running in the dark. I didn’t fancy running on the beach so I ran around the block near the hotel. Very little light. Lots of trees. I hate gothic trees and so do my nostrils. This is Chicasso on a cool down.

Good luck with week 8, glad you trying new routes but real spooky in the dark trees. Take care
