Just got back from week 4 run 2 and it was amazing. Felt strong after a 2 day rest and ended up finding a good rhythm during the longer 5 minute runs.
Now I am going to put my feet up and watch a DVD. I love october, autumn and halloween so it's great being outdoors at this time of year. πππββοΈπββοΈ
