Graduated today

I completed my final run at 11.30am today . I'm so pleased. I started the programme to break my appalling habit of comfort eating and drinking the moment I returned home from work. Started on July 30th and can't believe I have succeeded. Despite other problems over the last few weeks (coming off supportive medications) I feel happier healthier and thinner than I have for a year. Thanks to C25K. 🤩

I started on the 30th July too! It nearly killed me but I have never felt fitter (not so sure about the thinner!) I am sure I’ll be out on Saturday for my graduation run! I’ll let you know how I get on!
