Today I was joined by a friend whose been laid if running for a couple of weeks with an infected tooth so she asked if she could join me. Nice to have company for a change but I quite enjoy running on my own.

chatting whilst running helps the breathing & brings another dimension to your exercise. Always good to help a friend but imagine it was difficult to hear Laura’s instructions! Well done, another run successfully negotiated. Only one more to complete the week 😊👍
