Good luck. But you've got this far so it should be fine. And think of the sense of achievement you will have afterwards!

Good luck! I’ll be running with you, so you’ve got company 😉 We will have to compare notes later 👍🏼 You’ve got this 💪🏼

Good luck to you and Rhedeg2019 for you running run 3 of week 5, that's a run many worry about but once they run it, they are very proud of themselves, just take the run slow and steady 🏃🏾, once again good luck to both of you. 😊

Good luck!

We’re all with you QueenGreen!

However you managed it, slowly and gently-you’ve got out there and given it your best shot ⭐️

Remember this - just this:

- every run you've done, all of them added together, prepares you for the next one.

That's how a program like this works. However daunting it may seem, your body is actually ready, despite what your brain is telling you. You don't realise it, but you are READY.

You don't need luck... just determination!

Get out there and kick its ass

Good luck. My first 20 min run is on Friday and dreading it. Feel fitter but as still 2 stone overweight it seems a stretch. Last thing I want is an injury at my age(over 50) as would set me right back!

Post back how you get on 👍

Excuse my above profanity. I had just completed it and couldn’t believe it! It was actually ok. Well don’t get me wrong, the middle part was awful.. and I did struggle with my breathing a bit, but I feel I still had some left in the tank at the end and maybe could have went another few minutes if really pushed.

Thanks for all your encouragement. Really helped. Honestly can’t believe I’m the type of person who can run 20mins non stop!!

I’ve just seen your post and see you done it too! Good for you! I’m proud!

There was a woman beside me on the treadmill who definitely looked like she doing C25K and was at roughly the same stage for me and I wondered if it could be you! Haha. Even though W the odds of that are a billion to one. Plus I see you did your running outside.

Anyway, well done! Keep in touch about your next run. When do you plan on doing it?

in reply toQueenGreen

Haha can you imagine?! I kinda wish I’d done it inside as I’d have been drier! Friday for me hopefully. What about you?

Ideally Friday but I likely won’t get a chance with work and with my husband being out in the evening, so looking like Saturday for me! Hope you get on well :)

Brilliant work, well done. One of the things I found doing the plan, was that it is as much about building your confidence as your ability. Now get out and smash week6, just watch W6R1, some people find it tricky 😀🍾
