I have a set of plug in ear headphones which are always falling out. Can anyone recommend overhead ones?

Week 2 and running well!

There are loads. Google them or visit Amazon and eBay. Decide what look you want and how much you are willing to spend, for starters. Search under 'runners headphones'. And, if you are running outdoors, you don't want the ones that will cancel out all ambient noise, you must stay aware of your surroundings. I got the ones with clips over ears for a tenner.

I have aftershokz too as I can't wear in the ear ones

amazon.co.uk/AfterShokz-Ope...

horrendously expensive for a pair of earphones, but, for me, worth it so I can run with music and they don't make my ears itch and peel :D

I paid over 4 months and I <3 them

The aftershokz are the safest ones to get. As they are not in the ear you can still hear traffic, cyclists and other people. Ok the quality is not Bose but plenty good enough for running. Would certainly recommend.

Or I use the in ear ones that have a kind of hook over your ear? If you like in ear ones they are similar it just helps keep them in place
