Great you joined c25k. Some people run on an empty stomach but not for me . 2 hours before I run I have weetabix but it's really up to you and depends what time of day you want to run. Most important is water 2-3 litres every day and I have more when it's warm. Good luck 😊😊

Welcome! Enjoy your walking! A great way to start & to think and plan where you will run. I had water, yoghurt & blueberries prior to my run this morning & avocado on wholewheat toast with coffee on return. I will drink plenty of water all day & on my rest day tomorrow.
