Didn’t want to go for a run today but managed to convince myself to.

Took a couple of days rest as my foot was hurting last time, was better today but still a bit of constant pain in that ankle. So what’s week 4 all about?? 😬

Week 4 is fun, so is week 5 . . . Just dont look ahead more than the run you've put your shoes on for. The plan is great, it really works just kick back and enjoy your doing great😀

Great you got out for your run . If you are still in pain after resting it you may be better seeing your doctor. Running while in pain could cause more problems. Good luck 😊
