I’m sure I saw someone mention that there’s a link to some knee strengthening exercises in the pinned post somewhere, maybe they might help with the soreness. Or it could be down to your footwear 😕. Hope they settle down soon 🤞
One day I’ll run a marathon... the marathon walking record is sub 3 hours... I know I’ll never get sub 3... it happens... and you’re on week 3, well you were... great job on it. Enjoy week 4.
In my W4R2 I noticed that my running was slower than someone walking to work through the snow! But we're on a journey and we're getting fitter so here's to slow!
