After beating off gremlins and doing a 5k run after a month of short runs.... i took two rest days and did another 5k. This time it took 8 seconds longer. So I’m nothing if not consistent!!!
Tomorrow im doing it again. With my son!!!! I’m rather excited. Slow and steady but running!

Just did it. Very slowly but a mentally relaxing 53 min 5k. LOL. 3 x 5k in one week. Wow
