Evening. Have done my 1st C25K section today. Absolutely loved it. This is the start of a new journey for me after losing 4 and a half stone eating low carb high fat over the past 18 months. Not sure I've ever felt better. Little way to go weight wise / size wise so hoping this will help along the way.

Great for getting started. Just go slow and make sure you're drinking plenty water 7 days a week not just on run days. Well done with your weight loss also.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊

Well done on getting started, that's the hardest part! Just let the programme take you through each run at a time and before you know it, you'll be there! 👍🏻😁

Thankyou all so much. My son is so proud I am finally doing this after years of MH issues. I won't and can't let him down. Dieting and exercise has to be the way forward.
