Yeaaaaaa! I got 43 seconds of my pb. So pleased with myself. Still high from the run. Getting 3 rd in my age grade was fabulous too. Looking through the result, it’s a long way till I get 1st place.

For all those, starting out. You can do this , you will do this. Maybe the 10 k goal is looking closer.

My recovery time after a 5 k is so much quicker now.

Lovely lady who was the defibrillater person, say ‘ only one more lap.’ I said, “what makes you think i’m Not an elite athlete “. May be less chatting and I would have nocked a few more seconds off.

Congratulations on completing your 9th parkrun and getting a PB, I ran my 7th parkrun today but there seems to be a problem with the results as I have still not received a email with the official result and the results page for today is blank. UNOFFICIAL result is 32.40 something.
